DWD_Arena2.bsp, DWD_Arena2.txt and DWD_Arena2info.txt go in Half-life/tfc/maps/


This is an 11 arena deathmatch map. Warp to the various arenas from a main room. The 3rd team are watchers and can also warp and watch from the sides or above the map. Great for practicing one-on-one skills in many diff. settings. A flag room is an added one for practicing concing, rocket jumping, pipe jumping, or any other way to get the flag and will help build skill and timing. The cap point is in the corners of the same arena as the flags. It can be a deathmatch arena if no one wants to try to get the flags and just battle.


My first released map was x_files for tfc which i'm sorry i ever released. It had many probs and i never should have released it. It has bad speeds and some walls aren't colored right.

My 2nd release was a little better. It was a conversion of the same map for Halflife: opposing force multiplayer deathmatch. The speeds were fixed and added some things. Little slow down here and there, but not like x_files.

I made a football map where you get 3 points for jumping through field goal and 7 for reaching touchdown while your teammate demomen only help you against the other teams demomen. Only one ball and ball carriers are the red and blue scouts only. But then i seen a map similar is already out called pigskin so i dropped the project which was almost complete.

I'm working on a totally new map almost done for the mod called Science and Industry with the mod makers for a future release of the mod. It's called si_ace for now. No name yet.

And this is my 3rd map release. I started on a train level but have stopped. Might start on it again. Also working on a hunted style map where the hunted drives a car through a town and must reach the goal. It's a good idea but am having a few probs. with it.

Thanks goto mulch and his awasome deathmatch maps for tfc. I got the idea for this one after playing one of his newer ones. I wanted more arenas and that i've added. The start room with my name didn't come from mulch's maps though. I didn't even see his name till after i almost had map done. I got the idea from a map i think that was called flib10h which had the same idea and i always wanted my name in one of my maps.

And i can't forget the fellow dwd members that helped playtest it. Thanks [DWD]Hunter, [DWD]Paingod, [DWD]Bubbles, [DWD]Dove, [DWD]Vatoloco, and all others that have helped out with the testing and that.
