Much Worthless Unless You Already Had VBrun300.dll AND 1.02 Has

Downloaded QNEv1.0 In The Past This is The NEWER Version of v1.0 This
is v1.0+ which Is v1.0 But I Fixed ALL The Bugs So Its COMPLETELY-BUG-
FREE
INSTALLATION-
1-Place QNE in The Quake\id1 Directory
And Run QNE.
2-WIN 3.1,PLace VBrun300.dll into c:\win\system\vbrun300.dll
2-WIN95, Place VBrun300.dll Into c:\win95\system\vbrun300.dll
2-WINNT, Place VBrun300.dll into c:\winnt\system\vbrun300.dll
4-Run The Program!
SAVING FILES-If Save The File as a EXECUTABLE (*.scr) make Sure To
Use The QNE Execute Saver That is Built In.
NAMES-Well If You want to Put You name in GameSpy Just Copy
The output From The Main Menu (Starting Form)
NOTE:One Faeture Not Yet Implemented,
The Names MUST Be 15 or Less Characters!
TEAMS-Same as NAMES Can Be Saved In EXECUTEABLE Too,BUT For
TEAMS You MUST have 4 or Less Characters
SAY-50 Characters Or LESS Can ONLY be Saved As Executable
ANIMATED NAME-Animates Your Name During Intermission
ONLY IN EXECUTABLE (Once Saved Go to Console And TYPE
'exec name.scr' to execute ANY excuteable scripts (replace 'name' with the file name)

KNOWN BUGS:
When You Open a *.SCR file to edit it doesn't delete the 'NAMe "*åÜ¿"'
(it doesn't delete NAME and the Quotes on the End So You Have to do that manually.
