* LEVEL DESCRIPTION *

This map consists of two bases of 3 vertical levels each. The flag is in the
middle level. Each level is textured distinctively. The level is set and night
and there are a decent number of shadows. There is an upper and lower route
connecting the bases. The cap point is on the sniper deck.

Scoring in this level is like Tempest with the addition that a team may touch
its own flag to return it. There are 3 points are awarded incrementally until
one exits the base, with 5 points being awarded upon flag capture. Flags return
after 60 seconds if not touched. In addition players score 1 frag for getting
the flag past a scoring area and two frags for returning it.

There are two version of the map, one with the Classic CTF style flag returning
and one without.

In general r_speeds are moderate throughout the map with higher r_speeds in one
or two specific locations looking specific directions.
