Rocket Flare Pack Readme
extract to Sierra/Half-life/tfc/sprites.
Once extracted, go and view that directory using my computer. You should see 4 new folders in the directory where you extracted - Blue, Red, Teal, Purple. Double click the folder of whichever color of rocket you wanted. Move the two files (animglow01.spr & smoke.spr) in that folder to Sierra/Half-life/tfc/sprites and you are done.
